At NZT Builders, we believe the remodeling experience should be personal, efficient and focused on your home—not on maintaining an expensive showroom. With decades of experience in kitchen design, cabinetry and remodeling, we bring the design process directly to you.

Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation about your project, style, priorities, budget and timeline. This first consultation helps us understand what you're looking to accomplish and whether NZT Builders is the right fit for your project.

Detailed Proposal
Once the design and project scope are established, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the work involved. You'll know what is included before construction begins and any questions you might have.

In-Home Design Consultation
We meet at your home to see the space firsthand, take measurements and discuss possibilities. Seeing the existing layout allows us to understand how you use the space and identify opportunities that aren't always apparent from plans or photographs.

Ordering & Project Preparation
NZT Builders handles cabinetry pricing, ordering and coordination directly. We plan the remodeling work and coordinate the trades required for your project so everything is ready before installation begins.

Design & Cabinetry Selection
We develop the design and guide you through cabinetry, finishes, materials and other key selections. For Italian cabinetry projects, we provide samples so you can experience the finishes and quality before making your selections.

Remodeling & Installation
Our experienced team and trusted trades carry out the renovation while NZT Builders oversees the project. We also handle the cabinetry installation ourselves, giving us direct control over one of the most important parts of your kitchen.

Final Walk-Through
When the project is complete, we walk through the finished space with you, address any remaining details and make sure everything has been completed according to the agreed scope.
